Consent letter for collection, use and disclosure of personal data for general customers
OREX TRADING CO.,LTD (“Company”) would like to request your consent to allow the Company to collect, use and disclose your personal data. Only personal data that the Company will collect, use and disclose only when the Company has received your consent in advance. You are free to give or not give consent in any way as detailed below.
1. Personal information of the owner of personal information that the company will collect, use and disclose includes:

(1) Personal information includes name-surname, gender, date of birth, age, information on or in various documents such as national identification cards, passports, residence certificates, alien identification cards, work permits, social security cards, car driver’s licenses, car registration manuals or house registrations, signatures, and taxpayer identification numbers.
(2) Contact information includes address according to the house registration, address for delivery of goods and various documents, email address, home telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, name or account for use through applications or digital channels such as Line, Google, Facebook, YouTube or Twitter, WhatsApp or VSAT, contact information provided to the Company.
(3) Financial information and transactions with the Company, including deposit account numbers, credit card numbers, debit card numbers, credit and debit card types, information on electronic card transactions or via electronic or digital channels, credit information, debt payment information, information resulting from analysis of personal data, information on committing or allegedly committing an offense, being prosecuted and being subject to enforcement, any other information related to the use or request for services and making transactions with the Company.
(4) Information regarding contacts with the Company, including information received by the Company through branches, telephones, electronic or digital channels, social media, information from closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras and off-site services, which may appear or be recorded in the form of written documents, audio tapes or transaction records, photographs or motion pictures.
(5) Technical information, including computer or Internet Protocol (IP) address, media access control (MAC) address, MAC address of devices connected to the network and networks, logs, device ID, application programming interface (API) connection information, cookies, plug-in types and versions, browsers, operating systems and platforms, Internet or mobile network systems, location information, geographic location, device settings information, and other technical information from use on the Company’s platforms, applications and operating systems.
(6) Usage information includes name or code for using the service (Username), password for using the service (Password), information about searches, statistics of viewing, menus used, duration of use on the website, platform, application, time of last click (timestamp of lost click), favorite items, Q&A information, computer traffic information (Log file), communication information with the Company.
(7) Behavioral information, including information about personal interests or preferences, usage patterns or services.
1.2 Personal data that is sensitive information, which the Company must obtain consent from you before collecting, includes biometric data, religion, criminal history, or any other information as announced by the Personal Data Protection Committee.
2. The purpose of collecting, using and disclosing your personal information according to Section 1 includes:
2.1 To allow the Company’s group companies and the Company’s business partners to offer or recommend products, services, benefits and special offers to you.
2.2 To analyze, research and develop products or services of the Company, Group companies or business partners to be appropriate and consistent with your needs.
2.3 To contact and offer information, news, benefits, products and services that the company deems appropriate and likely to meet your needs.
2.4 For the purpose of sending personal data of the owner of personal data to the company’s branches, agents or any person located abroad and related to the implementation of your wishes.
2.5 To consider, develop and improve the internal operations of the Company to comply with the criteria and guidelines set by the agency responsible for supervising the Company’s business operations.
2.6 To facilitate and facilitate access to the Company’s services or to use it as a basis for consideration in providing appropriate services to you from the use of your personal information, which is sensitive information.
